In all of my life I've never once seen a piece of art, that I have considered using as some sort of backround. Yet, it's the first thing I thought of when seeing this piece. Mainly because it's extremely minimalistic while still showing great characteristics. You balanced it out perfectly by adding that little bit of red next to the neutral, and sometimes boring, black and white. It's exactly as it should.

DocLew responds:

Thanks a lot, really glad to read it. :)

Claims to dislike normie memes, proceeds to use the 'self-depricating nonchalant text to look cool guy' meme in the discription. I'm not a fan of this trend, but this one is actually funny. First time I heard of lofi hip hop, but I already like what I'm hearing.

Great work.

RandoGW responds:

Well eeeeevery one I've seen so far has the "aw I don't usually get on these art trends but-" messages so I thought I'd skip the bullshit, and yeah Lofi's some chill stuff, glad you like it <3

I love the proportions you went with and those sharp shoulders really bring this to fruition. There's something about the particular way you keep drawing his hands, which reminds me of the Gorillaz.

Glhuun responds:

Thanks man. I know that he should be fatter and stuff like that but I prefer these proportions, I think they represent the tone of him better. And I'm not surprised that his hands look a little bit like Gorillaz, as I used to draw 2D all the time when I was younger.

Simply beautiful

Joifish responds:

Thank you!

I still managed catch a glimpse of how all the strings of hair were placed on top of original clump. It's intriguing to watch you construct this model. Great result.

mccabe86 responds:

Thank you! :)

This is really good, but I have to ask Is stamper the one wearing the spiked helmet? I couldn't tell, because you drew his muscles quite bulky. While in real life he's kinda slender.

deathink responds:

This was commissioned after Stamper left SleepyCabin, so he doesn't appear in this picture. The guy in the helmet is Cory (spazkid).

This is very stylish, really nice use of colours.

Coincidentally I recently watched something about the mass hatching and processing of chicks in a factory. Kinda gave me an odd feeling seeing hundreds of disoriented baby chicks hatch in this cold steel environment. After which, bins full of them get tossed onto a assembly line, like it's a lifeless product.

Anyway it's something that this reminded me of, seeing the expiration date on the egg and the bird missing it's mother.

SmokeryDots responds:

:) These where some of the thoughts I had too, when I made it. Just wrapped in some humor:)
Thanks for noticing, and pointing it out.
I'm glad You liked it :)

This is a nice one, keep them coming. I'd vote for tank babe, or call her rocket girl, I'm sure Jamie Hewlett wouldn't mind ;)

HugoTendaz responds:

Thanks man. I hope he wouldn't mind. It's almost fan art of Tank Girl :) Maybe you are right, Rocket Girl would be homage to the great Jamie Hewlett and Newgrounds together :)

His helmet doesn't quite look like the original, but it looks nice. Maybe you could have made it so that his helmet was damaged like in some of those episodes, where part of his brain was showing. That would have given you an excuse to add some nice pinks to the mix.

jhonatan520 responds:

You're right. I tried to make this sculpt from memory, but I got a lot of things wrong (His cape was red at one point haha). Thanks for the feedback, mate!

Can't stop staring at them sexy shins and knees. It all just looks phenomenal.

JohnnyUtah responds:

thanks bud
